9. Billing
Click Settings near the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing. Admin only.
9.1 Plans
- Starter ($199/month): up to 500 pages per scan, 5 team seats, unlimited monitored websites, monthly automatic scans
- Professional ($699/month): up to 2,000 pages per scan, 15 team seats, unlimited monitored websites, monthly automatic scans
- Custom plan: page, domain, service, seat, and pricing terms tailored to your organization, with monthly automatic scans and dedicated onboarding
If neither standard plan fits, contact us for a custom quote or special pricing. A larger page count does not automatically mean a small community must buy a disproportionately large contract.
All self-service plans use the same scanner. It evaluates 28 of the 50 WCAG 2.1 AA criteria today (33 when AI-assisted evaluation is enabled), discloses the actual criteria tested on every report, and reports everything it did not test as Not Evaluated. The difference between tiers is scale (pages and seats), not a promise of legal conformance.
9.2 Upgrading or downgrading
Click Change plan. Pick the new tier. The change takes effect immediately. We prorate the current billing cycle so you are not charged twice.
If you downgrade and your usage exceeds the new tier's limits (for example, you go from Professional to Starter with 8 team members), existing members keep their access, but you cannot invite additional members until your team count is under the new seat limit.
9.3 Payment method
We use Stripe. Update your card under Billing. AuditAble does not store card numbers on our servers.
9.4 Cancellation
Click Cancel subscription. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
There is no cancellation fee. There is no required notice period.
9.5 Invoices
Every charge generates an invoice you can download as PDF under Billing. If you need a specific format for your procurement office, email support and we will accommodate.
